The Final Structure of iRQLinux Community

Hi,

For those who thought iRQLinux Project is dead, this is an answer to their question or guess :)

iRQLinux is alive and doing well ;)

On Saturday, 5th of July, 2014; we had a team meeting on Google Hangout on Air and one of the most important topics that we have discussed and agreed on was the final structure of iRQLinux Community. iRQLinux Project is NOT a one-man-project, it is a community project. That said, we need a clear structure for this community so each and everyone within the team knows what he/she has to do.

Here is the final structure of iRQLinux Community:

As you can see, there will be two different groups, each has specific task.

  • Technical Group (Mr. Ryo)
  • Non-Technical Group (A.J)

Here is the tasks for each group:

iRQLinux Leaders (A.J + Mr.Ryo):
  1. Project Management
  2. Planning

Technical Group (Mr.Ryo):
  1. System Administration (GNU/Linux)
  2. Packaging and Development
  3. Artwork
  4. Internet/Networking
  5. QA
  6. Technical Support

Non-Technical Group (A.J):
  1. HR
  2. Documentations
  3. Marketing
  4. E-Learning

Now that the final structure of iRQLinux Team (Community) is complete, it became much easier for everyone to choose the area he/she can help with.

It is VERY important to finalize this step before we start doing anything. Building the community/team that will work on any project is much more important than start working on that project.

We're so glad that we have managed to put this together and it is - hopefully - a matter of few days until the real fun begins :D insha'allah everything will go very smoothly :)

We're so excited and we would like to thank each and everyone who helped and supported us so far and we do need more to join and we need more help and extra support from now and on.

Let's have fun :D

Thank you!
