Mesopotamia Team Meeting #1

NOTE:
Mesopotamia is the name of the team that is working on iRQLinux Project.

Hi,

The first official meeting for Mesopotamia Team Members happened on Wed, 16th of July, 2014. Here is the meeting:

We have discussed the recent changes and highlighted many issues and points.

That was the first meeting for the team and insha'allah the coming days will have more meetings :)

As per the above chart, interested people must read:

And, as per the above chart, interested people (who actually joined us) must read:

Also, we have talked about the Technical Roadmap for iRQLinux:

These are the main/major topics we have discussed and the rest can be found on the meeting on YouTube - see above.

Some points we would like to highlight:

  1. We do not need Leaders/Team Leaders within Mesopotamia Team bur rather ACTIVE and PROACTIVE members.
  2. Everyone should have something to do instead of enjoy doing nothing. If we are planning to have a great system, then we should have a great team and if we wish/want that, we should work as such. 1-2 people do everything and the rest are watching is not going to help.
  3. Work should be in parallel. Meaning, if Artwork Group is working on something, QA Group for example should NOT sit and watch but do something else.
  4. AGAIN, communication of iRQLinux must be on Launchpad (Mailing List) and NOT Facebook - see: http://haf-aj.blogspot.com/2014/05/joining-launchpad-and-howto-subscribe.html and http://haf-aj.blogspot.com/2014/05/how-amazingly-launchpad-handles-users.html
  5. Facebook should ONLY be used by the newcomers to our team.
  6. We shall do regular meeting more than once per week because the project is under heavy development these days.
  7. Ali will do some meetings with his group and Mr. Ryo will do another meetings with his group and both Ali and Mr. Ryo will do 1-2-1 meetings if needed.

That is all for now. Stay tuned for more very soon, insha'allah :)

Thank you!
